KARATE

Avatar hosted the Inter school Karate Championship organized by GI TOKU KAI KARATE DO COIMBATORE DISTRICT with a great privilege and honour. Many students from various schools participated in the event and exhibited their talents which brought goosebumps .The winners were awarded by the honourable correspondent Shri.M.Senthil Kumar.

     

YOGA

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago.

Swimming

Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Skating

Skating for exercise helps kids burn off extra energy, build strong muscles, and maintain a healthy weight.

Balancing Bike

It can improve their motor and cognitive skills, boost their confidence, encourage outdoor play and give them the skills needed to start pedalling on their own.
